PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITION & FAQS.
*Do I have to pay the retainer to book an appointment?
A retainer is only required for Bridal and Large parties requiring service. This will be determined upon consultation. Although a retainer is not required, an accurate bank/credit card is required to book an appointment, there will be no charge at the time of reserving your appointment.
*Can I just pay the full amount at the time of my appointment?
Yes, we will run the credit card on file or card provided at the time of service.
*The preferred method for scheduling appointments listed below.
Preferred booking is via website or booking site; however you may speak directly with the artist as appointments are booked on first come, first serve basis to assure efficient and adequate service.
*What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted forms of payments are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa/MasterCard Debit
*What if I have to reschedule my appointment?
If you must reschedule, it should be done within 24 hours prior to the date and time of your secured appointment, if canceled at the last minuted, there will be a cancelation fee of $25. No shows/No calls will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
*Can I have a refund?
No refunds are given upon completion of services or failure to cancel within a 24 hours.
*What if I am late?
Appointment times are allotted for the time it takes to provide chosen services and a few minutes to clean and sanitize tools and prep for the next client. It is recommended that you plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your schedule time to prepare for any unplanned delays. If you are delayed, there is a 15 minute grace period and an additional $10 fee added to the services. If you are 30 minutes or more late, this may result in cancellation of services with na fee of $25.
*What if I have to cancel?
Please notify the artist within 24 hours for cancellation. If canceled within 24 hours, there is no fee; however, there will be a $25 cancellation fee if last minute and, failure to notify the artist will result in the full charge of the reserved service.
*Do you provide services on location?
Yes, services may be rendered on location for a small setup and travel fee. However some on location appointments require consultations. Some locations are not permitted.
*What is your charge for weddings?
Weddings are handled delicately. A complimentary consultation is necessary to provide an adequate quote and includes a contract. A wedding coordinator and/or planner presence is requested if available. Please email email@example.com with additional questions. Bridal Previews strongly recommended.
